Disc One explains the components to meditation and why one does meditate. You will learn how to establish a discipline. Learn what physical and breathing exercises will help prepare the body. Why affirmations and prayers are important. What you may experience during the course of meditation.“There is no mystery to meditation. It is easy to learn. The challenging part is to continue through your seeming lack of progress. Meditation is a process that you have to continue practicing to gain the connection you want. The main point here is to stay persistent in your quest and not to lose faith in your goal.” On Disc Two, of this series, is a guided meditation to help you commit to memory the exercises for relaxation, a prayer, the prayer for protection, and affirmations to keep you focused. You will have a period of 15 minutes of silence to stay in the connection you have made. You will then be lead out of the meditation back into the present moment.
